Meet Our Chef
Jake Michel hailing from San Diego, has worked with some of the city’s top chefs and has acquired the skills to create a culinary experience like no other.
His upbringing near the Mexican border inspired countless surfing and fishing adventures filled with frequent visits to taco stands, fish markets, vineyards, and roadside produce markets.
With a passion for authenticity, Jake has crafted his own unique dishes that pay homage to traditional Coastal Mexican cuisine while introducing fresh, innovative tastes. Experience the vibrant flavors of Mexico through Jake’s culinary creations!
