Meet Our Chef
Jake Michel hailing from San Diego, has worked with some of that city’s top chefs and has acquired the skills to create a culinary experience like no other. With a passion for authenticity, Jake has crafted his own unique dishes that pay homage to traditional Coastal Mexican cuisine while introducing fresh, innovative tastes.
He gains inspiration through countless surfing and fishing adventures filled with frequent visits to taco stands, fish markets, and roadside produce vendors along the coast of Mexico.

Jake's takes pride in using high-end quality ingredients such as Grassfed Ribeye Steak and Atlantic Cod. Our condiments and salsas are made from scratch, in-house, with our own recipes to create the Ultimate Taco Experience.

Our mobile catering kitchen pays tribute to countless surf trips and the post-surf culinary experiences that made them memorable.
We were inspired by the charm, creativity, and use of available materials and colors that are traditionally used to build taco carts and taco stands throughout Mexico's Coastal towns.
